We conduct appropriate background checks and ensure that all new employees are fully certified as required by Florida law. During a 60-day probationary period, we provide intensive in-house and on-the-job training. When developing a security plan for a new client, we take great care to match a security officer’s specific traits and skills with the demands and responsibilities of the job.

Marill Security Officers are available armed or unarmed, uniformed or in plain clothes, stationed in gatehouses or roving in marked or unmarked vehicles. They are supported by state-of-the-art communications, surveillance and access control technology.

If there is an incident that requires our attention, we are ready to respond at a moment’s notice – and in accordance with your instructions. The Marill Supervisor monitoring your property alerts your preferred first responders – the Police, for example, or the Fire Department -- and takes all other appropriate action. If necessary, Marill’s Rapid Response Team can intervene directly at your site.

With Marill Surveillance Services, you pay only the hourly monitoring fee, which is based on the number of cameras monitored and the number of hours we’re on duty.
